Camp Overview

Wrestling Camp introduces athletes to the fundamentals of wrestling while helping more experienced wrestlers refine technique and build confidence. Instruction emphasizes skill development, conditioning and sportsmanship in a supportive and structured environment. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers.
 

What Campers Will Do

  • Learn basic wrestling techniques and positioning
  • Improve strength, balance and conditioning
  • Practice skills through drills and live situations
  • Build confidence, discipline and sportsmanship
     

Camp Sessions

  • Advanced Camp: Grades 5th–9th | June 22–26 | 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Co-Ed | $175
  • Novice Camp: Grades Pre-K–4th | July 9–10 | 9:00–11:00 a.m. | Co-Ed | $60
     

Camper Check-In Location

  • Heider Center Lobby (East Parking Lot)
     

Campers Should Bring

  • Wrestling shoes (if available)
  • Athletic clothing
  • Water bottle
