Weight Lifting Program
Camp Overview
The Weight Lifting Program introduces athletes to strength and conditioning at Creighton Prep in a structured and age-appropriate setting. Campers focus on proper technique while developing strength, power, speed and overall athletic performance. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers.
Note: Incoming 9th graders playing football will have a separate strength & conditioning group and would not want to or need to attend this camp in addition. Athletes of all other sports would be a fit for this program.
