
Track Camp
Camp Overview
Track Camp introduces athletes to a variety of track and field events while emphasizing proper running mechanics and overall athletic development. Campers will learn technique, speed and coordination through instruction, drills and friendly competition. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers.
What Campers Will Do
- Learn the basics of long jump, high jump, and hurdles
- Practice proper running mechanics and speed development
- Learn effective warm-up and cool-down routines
- Participate in relays, contests and skill challenges
Camp Sessions
- Session 1: Grades 6th–9th | May 26–29 | 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | Coed | $140
