
Summer Climb Courses
Camp Overview
The Summer Climb Program helps middle school students avoid the “summer slide” by staying academically engaged and building confidence for the upcoming school year. Students experience a high school–style schedule with focused class blocks while strengthening skills in a supportive learning environment. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers.
What Campers Will Do
- Participate in structured academic blocks similar to a high school schedule
- Strengthen skills in math, humanities and selected electives
- Build confidence, organization and study habits
- Engage in collaborative learning and enrichment activities
Camp Sessions
- Session 1: Grades 6th–8th | June 1–11 (No Fridays) | 1:00–3:30 p.m. | Coed | $300
- Session 2: Grades 6th–8th | June 15–25 (No Fridays) | 1:00–3:30 p.m. | Coed | $300
Camper Check-In Location
- Heider Center Lobby (East Parking Lot)
Campers Should Bring
- Water bottle
- Something to write with
Course Registration
- Campers who register for the Summer Climb program will have an opportunity to select course preferences in the spring. On the first day of the course, students will take a short placement assessment to place them at the appropriate challenge level.
