Speed & Agility Camp
Camp Overview
Speed & Agility Camp is designed to help athletes improve overall athletic performance through focused training on speed, quickness, balance and coordination. Campers are grouped by age and ability to ensure appropriate challenge and growth in a fun, energetic environment. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers. For 2nd–5th grade campers, boys and girls will warm up together and participate in some group games, but most skill work, training stations and games will be separated by sex.
