
Cross Country Camp
Camp Overview
Cross Country Camp introduces runners to the fundamentals of distance running in a supportive and encouraging environment. Campers will learn proper mechanics, pacing, flexibility and training strategies while building endurance and confidence. Creighton Prep high school students will be part of the camp experience, assisting with instruction, helping coach activities and building positive relationships with campers.
What Campers Will Do
- Learn different types of distance workouts
- Practice proper running form and mechanics
- Improve flexibility and mobility
- Participate in a mini time trial and team-based activities

- Session 1: Grades 7th–9th | July 6–9 | 9:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. | $140
