Prep Wins All-Activities and All-Sports Awards
The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and the Omaha World-Herald recently recognized Creighton Prep for outstanding achievements in activities and athletics during the 2023-2024 school year.
The NSAA announced on May 29 that Prep was the Class A boys division winner of the 2024 Buckle Up Phone Down Cup that recognizes achievements across the range of fine arts and athletic activities sponsored by the organization. Prep also finished sixth in the overall standings for Class A that included girls division achievements.
The Omaha World-Herald then announced in a July 17 article that Prep had once again won the boys division of the Class A All-Sports Award, noting the high finishes by a number of varsity teams throughout the school year. Highlights for the Junior Jays athletics program included state titles in the varsity sports of cross country, swimming & diving and soccer plus championships in the club sports of hockey and trapshooting.
