Creighton Prep depends on the generosity of alumni, parents and friends to help us succeed in the mission of forming Men for Others. Prep's tuition does not cover the entire expense of educating our students. Therefore, the school does a great deal of fundraising to support its educational mission and to provide financial assistance for students.

It is imperative that all of the different areas and departments at Prep that engage in fundraising be coordinated to interact in a careful and respectful way with all of Prep's benefactors. All areas and departments are asked to use this form to ensure that the Advancement Office is aware of any fundraising discussions when it comes to planning, lists, names of donors, methods of solicitation, etc.

Creighton Prep Fundraising Policy

Each and every fundraising effort and activity must receive prior approval from the applicable immediate supervisor and from both the Advancement and Business Offices.

All financial transactions and record-keeping for Prep fundraising activities will take place through the Business Office. At least two weeks prior to the fundraising activity, the applicable moderator or coach is responsible for completing and submitting this form (and any necessary attachments) to the Advancement Office.

The Advancement Office will review the information and approve accordingly. Courtesy copies will be forwarded to the principal and Business Office.
