Trap

Trap is a spring club sport with practices beginning on Sundays in mid-January. The team competes in the Eastern Cornhusker Trapshooting Conference, which hosts six conference meets on Saturdays beginning in mid-March. Team practices are expanded to include Wednesday afternoons when daylight saving time begins.

The season-ending state championship is held in Doniphan in late April/early May. Team members may earn a letter. Participants MUST complete a hunter safety course prior to the first meet. All students are eligible.
