Students enter school

Creighton Preparatory School is a private, Jesuit college prep school for young men founded in 1878. Centrally located in Omaha, Nebraska on a 40-acre campus at 72nd and Western Streets, Prep is the largest all-boys Catholic high school in the state of Nebraska with an enrollment of 1,000 young men.

The school is a part of a Jesuit network consisting of 60 high schools and 28 colleges and universities in the United States. With over 130 years of tradition of excellence in academics, activities and ministry, Prep has been preparing young men not only for college, but for full lives as intelligent and compassionate human beings.

We provide holistic formation and a college preparatory education for any young man of promise, building Men for Others who serve and seek justice in local, national and international communities. Prep graduates are men of faith whose lives give witness to Gospel values as part of an extended community and supportive network of leaders, acting with integrity and compassion for others.

All of our programs are intended to challenge our students through a vital stage of their personal development. Our blueprint, called the "The Profile of the Graduate at Graduation," states that each young man that enters Prep leaves as a man that is open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, loving and committed to doing justice. Graduates of Creighton Prep are prepared for higher education and life.

Creighton Preparatory School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origins to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at Creighton Preparatory School.
